We earn our living solely from what our clients pay for our accounting, consulting, and training services. Our pricing philosophy is informed by our values. We charge what we need for our team to sustain healthy lives and work a 35-hour workweek in an industry famous for burnout. We consider each client’s situation and our overall capacity to apply a sliding scale practice and build economic justice.

Monthly Accounting Services
Every organization is unique. In order to best tailor our services and pricing to your needs, Advocate Accounting offers 3 customizable tiers for monthly accounting clients - or build your own custom package from scratch!
How we bill: Your tier will determine your base minimum monthly or quarterly fee and allow us to reserve an appropriate amount of our capacity to provide the agreed upon services and deliverables each month. The Advocate team will also track their time and we will bill for any excess over the minimum; our accounting rate is $150/hour.
Extra Dimensions are facets of your organization's structure or work that require additional complexities in accounting systems. Examples of extra dimensions include: restricted grant tracking, fiscal sponsorships, multiple entities, and political work.
Add Ons are extra services or increased volume of basics. They include: additional bank or credit card accounts, additional recurring meetings, additional trainings, and increased engagement and access.
